Greg Buis was an interesting enough fellow
on Survivor, though we never really came
to know what made him tick, if
anything. He was more low-keyed than
boisterous, and seemed more interested in
experiencing the game than actually
playing it. As somewhat less of a
mover & shaker than an observer &
reactor, he preferred to witness the
events around him than actively affect
them.
Even so, Greg's
sense of humor and continual irreverence,
his innate ability to project himself as
neither threat nor foe, made him a popular
member of his tribe. His steadfast
desire to sleep in the jungle away from
the group was as amusing as it was
peculiar, as was his penchant for talking
into a coconut as though it were a
telephone, which earned him the island
nickname 'Nature Boy'.
Here at
SurvivorHunks we remember Greg with sheer
envy at having been the primary tribal
member to sashay around Pulau Tiga in the
good company and graces of the
effervescent Colleen Haskell, Survivor
hottie and post-Survivor starlet.
