Andrew Savage of Survivor 7 Pearl Islands
proved to be a most formidable opponent,
which worked in his favor right up until the
Tribal merge. At that point he was
seen as a threat who had to be eliminated,
an elimination that promptly came to pass.
But that's only half the story. Andrew's fate was
directly affected by a plot twist unique to
Survivor 7 that inexorably altered
the events that followed. We mean, of
course, the reemergence of two castaways who
had previously been voted off the
island. With the two black sheep back
in the game, and with one holding a grudge
against Andrew for having led the charge
that resulted in her original dismissal,
there was little Savage could do to salvage
his position. Andrew reached the
merge, true enough, but was the first to
leave thereafter.
Here at SurvivorHunks.com we found Andrew Savage to be
a rather cool chap, albeit a bit of a
woe-is-me type. He largely seemed more
downbeat than up, more downtrodden than
resilient, traits that rarely
translate into deft leadership. So in no
small way Andrew got what he deserved, but
not before standing tall for awhile amongst
his Tribal brethren.
